Back in May I got together with Anna from Marauders Hire and very last minute organized a little photoshoot to show off her stunning collection of backdrops, chairs, vintage lounges and vintage props.

We decided to use a field behind her studio based in Poole and create a beautifully relaxed yet elevated set up for our fantastic model Beth aka @bsbeautybar - who doubled as the MUA and Hairstylist.

Things quickly came together and started taking shape and the direction was clear...

We roped in Milly from Milly Maunder Designs, who coincidentally was launching her exquisite new bridal jewellery collection. Her pieces are the perfect blend of modern, edgy and elegant that we really needed to finish off the look.

It was all a bit serendipitous, really!

Extra thanks to the brilliant Assistant Stylist Flora (@flora_niven) who was on point with styling and arranging the jewellery on the day.

Once the vision started taking shape we knew we needed to reach out to Lauren Francis Bridal for one of her gowns. Her collection is full of pieces that combine the modern and elegant with a relaxed looked and we knew we could find something perfect.

We set our hearts on a bold modern lace number from the Willowby by Watters collection with an ivory slip underneath.

Have a look at the shots and tell me this wasn't an amazing choice!

Finally, we were spoilt for choice when it came to florals.

We reached out to a couple local florists we love and they both came through with fantastic creations. We just couldn't choose and we wanted to make sure they both had images of their work to use.

Besides, they were two very different interpretations of the brief and thought we would have one for each set up.

The neutral/pastel bouquet was created by Edwards Flowers

The dried and red roses bouquet was created by Milly's Florist

I am so ecstatic with the final images and had an amazing experience working with these dedicated, badass business women.

Hope you enjoy the photos as much as I do and I would love to hear what you think.

With Love,

Lisa xx
