The Sub Rooms Wedding Fair is here, ready to help you plan the wedding of your dreams… Whether you’re looking for a traditional white wedding with all the trimmings or an alternative shindig that’s full of funky quirkiness, we’ve got something for you!
We’ll be filling our ballroom with the best, most unique wedding suppliers, introducing you to everything you’ll need to make your day an unforgettable and beautiful event.
Join us at The Sub Rooms for a chance to explore this lovely venue and discuss options with their incredible venue manager, taste samples of their food options menus alongside their hand-picked selection of local and fabulous wedding vendors from photographers to indie jewellers, florists to venue styling, and even a bridal relaxation company.

South Gloucestershire Wedding Fayre
@ Chipping Sodbury Town Hall

Taking place in Chipping Sodbury town hall, we have hosted this wedding fair since 2012.
This busy wedding fair proudly promotes local wedding businesses. With up to 50 companies in attendance, exhibiting everything from bridal gowns and cars to ice cream bikes and magicians.
Entry is FREE with donations to Young Lives V’s Cancer, with the first 50 brides receiving a complimentary cotton tote bridal bag.
Arnos Vale Wedding Fair, Bristol
Sunday 7th April 2024 - 11am to 3pm
Their Wedding Fair is back this April, and its the perfect opportunity to get started with your wedding planning. Our venues will be filled with award-winning photographers, cake makers, florists, makeup artists, dress makers, caterers, wedding decorators, and so many more! You'll get to meet their wonderful wedding manager Sam and learn about what makes an Arnos Vale wedding so special, and have the chance to book a private show round to start picturing your day.
