Romantic & Elegant Lux Wedding in the Cotswolds

If you are looking for a beautiful, elegant venue in the Cotswolds, The King's Head Hotel in Cirencester is definitely one to consider.

This is a wonderful venue, full of classic and elegant architectural details, mixed in with interesting, quirky spaces and a lot of history - it even boast of having a couple ghosts roaming the halls.

If you know me, you will know that places such as these are right up my street!

It’s a truly fantastic backdrop for any kind of wedding or event you may be planning, weather you are looking for the simple elegance of the Assembly Room with it’s tall ceilings and gold chandeliers, the glittering courtyard with festoon lights and a secret garden feel, or the moody and mysterious Vaulted Cellar with it’s grotto vibes, perfect for a party!

This gorgeous hotel has only recently got on my radar and I have had the opportunity to connect and work a lot with Daisy, the Wedding and Events Manager at the Hotel in the last few months.

Located in Cirencester in the Cotswolds, a stunning historical town full of charm and tons of good eateries, it is so close to me I had to check it out. I enquired about exhibiting at one of their wedding fairs last year and it’s been a great relationship ever since.

At the start of the year Daisy reached out and asked if I would be interested in photographing a shoot she was planning along with Stephanie from Venues Covered, and of course I jumped at the offer.

This is the final result of what they created with the help of some of the most talented suppliers of the area.

I had so much fun working with all of these wonderful people (I will mention all of them right at the end).

Plus I got to try out what seems to be one of this years’ trends - The Champagne Tower.

I will add more details about the shoot further down the post, but before we get into the images I just want to give a huge shout out to our models Kady &  Matt for being superstars and letting me boss them around for a few hours! They were incredible, considering it's not something they usually do, and I really hope I was able to give them beautiful photos that they can go and look back on and celebrate their marriage all over again.

The theme of this Wedding Ceremony and Reception design was all about ROMANCE with an added luxurious and classy flair. The pale pink and white colour scheme, the abundant greenery for some freshness combined with a few black and gold elements to add that little punch of lux really made this space and couple shine.

All I can say is - Great job everyone! Hope you like them as much as I do. ♥
