To secure your date I will send you an official booking form, contract to sign and I will require a non-refundable booking deposit of £300 which will officially put you in the books. The final balance will need to be paid no later than 30 days before the Wedding Day - payment plans are also available to spread the cost

Yes, I always try my best to talk with you face to face and get to know you a little before the shoot - I love meeting clients in person as I find that's the best way to get that chemistry, but I know it's not always convenient so happy to meet via a video call (WhatsApp or Zoom)

I would LOVE to photograph a Destination Wedding - especially if it takes me back home to Italy.

During Portrait and Branding Shoots I usually work alone.
For Weddings I work both as the sole photographer or with a second - it depends on what package you choose and what your requirements are.
I am part of an amazing network of wedding suppliers and have worked with many different photographers throughout the years so I will be able to enlist others if you would like to have a second on the day

If you have chosen a half day package or arranged a bespoke package and realize on the day you would like to extend the hours covered I'd be happy to do that. Notify me as soon as possible and I will invoice you separately once the event is over. Any extra time added is charged £100 an hour

The copyright is always held by the Photographer, but you will have full use of the images for printing and sharing among friends and family. Should you need them for advertising purposes or anything else outside of those parameters, please just ask and we can discuss your requirements

Not at all. You have the option to purchase prints and other products straight from your gallery for your convenience (I know how much of a hassle it can be to get organized and this option is super quick and easy!) but you have printing and sharing rights over all delivered images and you can arrange to have them printed anywhere you would like independently.

When choosing to print from my shop however I get a little commission, so if you want to support my business even further this is a way to do it!

I want to make sure we get it right and you get what you need

My aim is to tell your story. I will tell it with as many pictures as it takes. I can promise you though there will be loads!
All images will be delivered to you (4-6 weeks after for portrait/branding sessions & 6-12 weeks after for weddings) on a private online gallery that's password protected and personalized. All images will be edited and ready for you to download, buy prints and share as is, without going back and forwards to decide which images you want edited and retouched.
Of course if you would like certain things further retouched for any reason feel free to always reach out and we can discuss what is possible

Yes, I store your original file images for up to a year after delivery. Don't worry, I will message you before I delete your files so that you can check your own storage and backup.
I always recommend you download all your images in the highest resolution available at the time of delivery and back them up on a separate area, just in case

It's hard to think about these things but it's always a good idea to be prepared. In the event this happens for your wedding I will arrange for another trusted colleague from a fantastic network of photographers I am part of to take my place and take good care of you. In the case of a portrait or branding session I will try and reschedule to the earliest time possible

You will receive your highlights gallery within 3 working days. The average editing time is between 6 and 12 weeks, depending whether it's busy Wedding Season or not

This is not necessary but highly appreciated. I am more than happy to bring my own food or grab something at the venue if you wanted to leave money behind the bar. Just notify me in advance.
I will take my break whilst you sit down for your Wedding Breakfast. During this time I may need to leave the venue for 1hr if a meal isn't provided for me but will be back with you ready for the next part of the event after that
