Your wedding day is one of the most special, wonderful, challenging, frustrating, joyous and daunting events of your life!
...and before this freaks you out, I promise I say this because I want to reassure you. Because I've got your back!
For such a special day it is important that you choose your helpers wisely.
If there is one piece of advice I have received that I can pass on is that you should choose the Wedding Photographer you most feel a connection with just as much as liking their work.
You will be spending a lot of time with them - leading up to the event, all day on the day, and long after the party has finished.
Make sure you like them, they understand what is important to you and you feel like you can be yourself with them.
Becoming your Wedding Photographer means that you will have me as your best advocate and supporter. I am there for you from start to finish, have your back when you need it the most.
Your Wedding Day is important to me. I want to take time to know you, understand your vision and help as much as I can with my experience and knowledge.
I will listen to your plans, inspirations, and will work with you so you can have the best experience of your life.
I will even teach you how to pose and be comfortable in front of the camera, so by the time of your event you will feel like a pro... or at least not feel too self-conscious about it!

FAQ - what to expect
We want to book! What do we do now?
As soon as you are happy to proceed, a non-refundable booking fee of £200 will secure my services for the day. The balance will need to be paid no later than 30 days before the Wedding Day. I will email you the payment details and agreement you need to sign. Once both of these are back with me, your date is officially booked. If you have any further questions or would like to just have a chat about your day, please contact me directly.
Will we meet before the Wedding/Session?
Yes, usually at the beginning before booking to go through your plans and requirements, and a second time (only necessary for weddings and other bigger events) to nail down the last minute details closer to the day. I love meeting you in person as I find that's the best way to get that chemistry, but I know it's not always convenient. I'm happy to go through your plans via phone call or on Zoom as well.
Do you travel within the UK?
Absolutely! This may incur extra fees depending on how far from home we end up. Let's discuss your plans and find a solution. I'm totally up for it!
Do you shoot Destination Weddings?
At this time I haven't had the opportunity to work at a Destination Wedding but I LOVE travelling and I would be extremely happy to attend one (and knowing a second language definitely helps!).
Will there be a second shooter?
I generally work alone, but if you would like a second photographer for the day I will be happy to enlist one of the many amazing photographers I have worked with in the past.
I often recommend couples to add this option (especially when you want to cover the getting ready moments for both lovers) as it adds extra point of views of the day, allowing your story to be told more in depth in the final product.
This will incur an additional cost of £250 to the final balance unless it is already part of the services provided in your selected collection.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Absolutely. Just let me know on the day and I will invoice you separately once the event is over. Any extra time added is charged £100 per hour.
Who owns the copyright to the images?
The copyright is always held by the Photographer, but you have full use of the images for printing and sharing among friends and family. Should you need them for advertising purposes or anything else outside of those parameters, please just ask and we can discuss your requirements.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Not at all. You have the option to purchase prints and other products straight from your gallery for your convenience (I know how much of a hassle it can be to get organized and this option is super quick and easy!) but you have printing and sharing rights over all delivered images and you can arrange to have them printed anywhere you would like.
When choosing to print from my shop I gat a little commission though, so if you want to support my business even further this is a way to do it!
Can we create a bespoke collection?
Of course! Please get in touch if you have more bespoke wedding photography needs in mind. No Wedding is the same and neither is my approach. Let’s discuss your plans in more detail.
Your event is going to be AMAZING and I want to make sure we get it right and you get what you need.
How many pictures will we receive and how?
I am there to tell your story. I will tell it with as many pictures as it takes. I can promise you though there will be loads! There will be moments captured that you didn’t even know were happening. After all is done you will be able to access them all on an online password-protected gallery for you to download and share as many times as you want!
Do you keep a backup of our wedding images after delivery?
I store your images for up to a year after delivery. Don't worry, I will message you before I delete your files so that you can check your own storage and backup.
How long do you stay with us?
On a Wedding Day I like to be on site 1 to 2 hours before the ceremony (depending on what you would like covered) and finish a few songs after the first dance — but we can arrange for me to stay longer if you have any special surprises planned after then. I will go once I feel I have everything I need to tell your Wedding Story.
What happens if you are ill?
If the worst ever happens and I absolutely cannot make your day, I will arrange for another colleague from a fantastic network of photographers I am part of that will take my place and take care of you!
How long until we see our Wedding Photos?
You will receive your highlights gallery within 3 working days. The average editing time is between 6 and 12 weeks depending if it's busy Wedding Season or not.
Do you require a meal at the wedding?
Yes please. I will take my break whilst you sit down for your Wedding Breakfast and will be back with you ready for the next part of the event. It doesn't have to be an extra portion of the Wedding Breakfast however, a main course or bar food from the venue is also fine.
If this is a problem please make sure to let me know in advance. I will take 1hr during your meal to purchase one off site.
